Mary "Nicki" Drotleff is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. She is certified as a Trauma Professional by the International Association of Trauma Professionals. She maintains a private practice in Silver Spring Maryland.

Ms. Drotleff is a graduate of University of Maryland, College Park with over 35 years experience as a marriage and family therapsit. She retired from public servce as the Manager of Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Services in Montgomery County, Maryland in 2014. She is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are trauma recovery, adolescence, individuals, couples and families struggling with transitions. She has extensive knowledge of the major child serving agencies (Child Welfare, Department of Juvenile Services and the public school system).

Ms. Drotleff is an interactive therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offering a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
